Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase fora ny reason, you may contact us for a refund only for the cost of the course (if you paid via our website this will not include the 2% transaction fee). Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Refunds
All refunds must be requested 7 days prior to course start date. Refunds will not be processed after this time period. Once your refund has been processed, please allow at least 5-7 working days from the date of process to show in the account used as payment only. Refunds may take 1-2billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Refund + Name of the course.
Along with your name, your dogs name and if someone paid on your behalf their name.
